In addition, we offer a total of 12 paid holidays. Not only that, we offer summer hours so our employees can make the most of the season. 

We also offer a four week sabbatical to employees who are with us for five years. Taken consecutively, these four weeks are intended to refresh and rejuvenate energy, focus, and creativity.

We believe strongly in social responsibility. Not only do we encourage our employees to take part in community service, we give them a paid day off each year to do it. Employees also have the opportunity to donate up to four TomTom GPS units to a charity of their choice.
